Inviting graders to your team

  1. From your assessment Dashboard, click Team in the sidebar. You will see a list of team members and their roles.

  2. Click the Invite button to add graders. A form will appear.
  3. Type the graders' email addresses into the field, one email per line. Make sure Grader is selected.

  4. Click Invite. Crowdmark will send invitation emails to the addresses you entered, prompting the graders to join the assessment, or, if they are a new user, to activate their Crowdmark account. 

What do graders see?

Invitation email: This is the email that graders will receive from Crowdmark. The Go to assessment button will take the grader directly to the assessment's Dashboard. If the grader is a new user, they will first be prompted to set up an account.

Dashboard: Graders do not have any access to student information. They have access to grading and read-only access to the Team and Results pages.


Changing roles and removing graders

Changing roles: Choose a different role from the dropdown menu in the Role column.

Removing graders from the assessment: Click the X to remove them from the assessment. This action will not affect the user's contributions to the assessment (such as grades and comments), it will simply revoke their access.
